Yes, it's true...our little girl is now 7 months old! Each month goes by a little quicker than the one before. This past month has been filled with ups and downs. Kamie started the month with a sinus infection, she went on her first big trip to Florida, and she officially started what is known as separation anxiety. Last month I bragged about how our precious angel NEVER cries.....lets just say things are a little different now. She actually started this the day after she turned 6 months. :) I was quite frustrated at first, but after talking to some other moms, I realized that I need to accept this phase and enjoy cuddling my baby while I can. I am sure she will not want me to hold her forever. She is doing much better now, but she has definitely developed a personality!
Some of the things Kamie enjoys these days are sitting up (much more than lying down), talking, eating her solids (she loves them all!), going for walks in her stroller, playing with her remote (although she prefers Daddy's), being rocked to sleep, sucking on her toes, splashing during bath time, playing with paper, her pacifier, and chewing on EVERYTHING!
Some of the things Kamie doesn't enjoy are being left alone, waiting on her food, and people taking her toys away.
She is doing a great job of sitting on up on her own, holding her bottle, finding her paci and putting it in herself, and rolling over.
Even though Kamie has had a bumpy month, we have enjoyed watching her grow! We love her with all of our hearts and feel so blessed that God has given us another month with our beautiful little girl. Here are a few pictures of our fun over the past month.

She is so adorable! Shaylee has definitely gone through the separation anxiety too! I don't think that she is over it yet, but you are right - we just need to enjoy the time that we get to spend holding them!
I love the barrette too - does she leave it in her hair?
