8 Months!

I know I say this at the beginning of each monthly post, but I am going to say it again......I can't believe our little girl is getting so big! Each month seems to be flying by and she is doing so much more than the month before. I have really struggled the past few weeks with not wanting Kamie to walk, crawl, talk, get teeth, etc. I guess I just want her to stay little forever! I know I will love every stage she goes through, but this has just been a very FUN stage for us. She is so precious and such a joy! I pray everyday that she will keep her happy personality as she grows and will somehow use it for the Lord.

Here are a few things that Kamie is enjoying these days....standing up, throwing everything (Daddy thinks she is already playing catch), jumping in her jumperoo, taking naps in Mommy and Daddy's bed (I know, bad habit!), being outside, splashing in the bathtub, chewing on everything, and watching cartoons!

Here are a few things that Kamie is not enjoying these days...having her nose sucked (never bothered her before??), having her diaper changed, putting her clothes on, being left alone, and getting "stuck" (this is when she wants to get something, but can't get there).

Daddy finally decided that we could go on our first "Daddy and Daughter Date." We went to a movie and I slept. It was tons of fun!
