I've Been Tagged!

So my friend Lindsey tagged me and here is what I'm supposed to do.... First, I have to photograph something in my home that I can show and tell about. It is something tht is special to me or has a special story. It doesn't seem like anyone else is following the rules so I am going to pick two things too! :)


The first thing is our couch! Yes, I know it is an odd item, but we love our couch and it has so many fond memories! Nate and I absolutely LOVE to watch tv. We have watched hundreds (probably thousands) of hours of tv on this couch. We spend every evening together on this couch. We got it as a wedding gift and it has served us well! We have spilled food on it, someone has dripped candle wax on it, Kamie has puked on it, many guests have slept on it, Pixie (our pom) sleeps on it, and much, much more! I know it looks awful, but we figure why replace it now when Kamie will probably do more damage to it!

The next item is a picture of our precious Kamie. My brother took this picture when she was about 10 days old. We call it our "little alien" picture. Nate says she looks like an alien and the light from the spaceship is shining down on her. :) But, it is my absolute favorite picture of K.

The second part of the tag is to photograph items in my handbag that I cannot live without! Since Kamie was born, I no longer carry a handbag. The diaper bag has replaced it. Here are a few things that are ALWAYS with me.1. My "mini bag" - this carries everything I need, and it fits great in the diaper bag
2. My hand sanitizer - from Bath & Body Works (pearberry right now)
3. My chapstick - yes, it is LipSmackers! (watermelon...mmmm!)
4. My lotion - from B&BW (black raspberry vanilla right now)
5. My phone - it is a little ancient, but that is what happens when you put your phone in the washing machine and can't afford another one! :)
6. Kamie's paci - NEVER leave home without at least 2!
7. Not pictured is my camera. (I couldn't figure out how to do that one...)
