More Fall Fun!

Saturday Kamie and I joined Nana and Poppy for some more fall fun! We bundled up (unlike our last pumpkin patch trip) and headed north to an apple orchard and a pumpkin patch. This is my favorite time of year and you can never have too much pumpkin patch!! Hot apple cidar, warm kettle corn, the smell of wood burning......mmmm!

Kamie and Poppy getting on the hay ride!

Big smiles for the camera!

Kamie kept calling the apples "balls." :)

"Look what I found!"

"Wow! There are a ton of these things!"
Kamie thought it was ok to share one apple.

She thought it was pretty cool to be so high that she could reach in the trees! (She can't do that with Daddy or Mommy)

Checking the apple for worms.

I think Kamie is leading Poppy around...

Looking cute!
"Don't let go Poppy!!"

"WHOA! I am standing!!!"

K decided to sit and enjoy one pumpkin at a time.

K trying to pick up the pumpkin.
She is really checking this one out!

After the apple orchard, we stopped at a pumpkin patch that was filled with fun things for kids! This is by far the best pumpkin patch I have ever been to!

Kamie checking out the "funny pumpkins".

Not wanting to share with Poppy!

She really liked the ugliest, bumpiest ones she could find. :)

They had a great play area for little ones! Kamie wasn't sure about sitting in the corn at first!

"Am I allowed to do this, Mom?"

Kamie is having nothing to do with our picture! She is more interested in the yellow tape behind us. :)

Sitting on the giant bales of hay.

"Wow! It's a long way down there!"

Again, not so sure about the texture of this stuff.... Sensory issues???

They also had cows to milk and horses to sit on.

Gr.Grandpa would be so proud!

Kamie was NOT all about the chickens! :)

However, she loved the goats!

This was by far her favorite part! Just sitting in the middle of a bunch of pumpkins!

Kicking back, relaxing!

Trying to decide which one to choose...

What a sweetie!

She was actually screaming with delight at this point.

Priceless...

Mommy wouldn't do this for just anyone!

Again, just sitting and taking it all in.

What a wonderful day!!

Thank you for such a fun day, Nana and Poppy! We missed you, Daddy!
